The Mission of the Office of Marketing and Communications

The Office of Marketing and Communications promotes the mission, values, and ideals of University of Saint Joseph through contact with external and internal audiences. The Office is responsible for planning, directing and implementing publications, marketing and promoting strategic plans to further the objectives and mission of the University, as stated in the University's Strategic Plan.

As a graphic designer, Joel is responsible for participating in the creative strategy, implementation, design, and production of materials that reflect and advance the mission and image of the University of Saint Joseph, as well as uphold its design standards.

Caitlin oversees and manages the University of Saint Joseph's digital marketing initiatives with an emphasis on the strategic advancement of core marketing and communications objectives in support of the University strategic plan.

Kathie coordinates the University's Web site presence on the Internet. Kathie works with various constituencies of the University community to populate the site with clear, concise, accurate text and to ensure that all submitted documents meet USJ publications standards. Kathie also provides training for the content management system used by departments to maintain information on the external Web site.

Beth is the lead Graphic Designer of the Office of Marketing and Communications. She works with the various schools, departments and offices of the University to fulfill all their marketing needs, as it adheres to University standards and vision. Beth coordinates the design and printing of brochures, pamphlets, flyers, posters, interior/exterior signage, logos, stationery, online banners, web graphics, Outlook Magazine, Annual Report, and any other materials needed to promote and deliver our University message throughout the USJ community.

As a Communications Coordinator, Jasmine handles the University’s e-newsletter, Campus Update, manages university-wide social media accounts, and promotes USJ brand standards and consistency across digital platforms.
