The “OIT” manages a centralized Helpdesk where students, faculty and staff can request technical support. The Helpdesk is located in the main computer lab, in the lower level of McDonough Hall.
Helpdesk hours of operation:
|Monday – Thursday||8:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m.|
|Friday||8:00 a.m. – 6:30 p.m.|
|Saturday||8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.|
