Cultivating more than 50 corporate partnerships in the past 10 years in fields such as health care, technology, insurance, and manufacturing, we continue to build strong connections to industry.
Our partners serve on several of USJ’s Advisory Boards where they share trends and inform curriculum design. Leveraging these connections also results in impactful internships for promising USJ students, creating a valuable employee pipeline.
Lacey Dargenio ’25, joined Hartford Hospital as a student nurse fellow last summer and a student nurse technician during her last semester at USJ.
I am amazed at the transformation and growth of USJ over the past several years. We look forward to a long relationship with USJ.

“Through my clinical rotation I learned how to provide hands on nursing care,” Dargenio said. “Because of the training and connections I have made at Hartford Hospital, I have been able to take the steps towards getting an RN job after I graduate in May.”
Brad Landry ’22, M’23, credits his internships with PwC and another smaller firm as a reason for his current career success.
“I learned first-hand the differences between PwC, a global professional services firm, and the mid-size accounting firm. That helped me realize that I preferred a larger corporation versus a smaller one.” Today Landry is an assurance analyst at PwC.
