Vice President for Enrollment Management
Paul Brower joined the University of Saint Joseph as the Vice President for Enrollment Management in 2025. He previously served as Vice President for Enrollment Management at Rivier University in Nashua, NH. There, he helped grow overall enrollment and led efforts that drove undergraduate numbers to record levels for the institution. Before that, he was Dean of Admissions at Nichols College in Dudley, Mass.; he started there as an Admissions Counselor in 2003 and then advanced through leadership roles to become Dean in 2018. At Nichols, he also was Head Men’s and Women’s Tennis coach, leading his teams to 13 Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) championships and earning recognition as CCC Coach of the Year six times during his tenure. Brower holds a B.A. in Communications and Mass Media from Worcester State College and an M.S. in Professional Communications from Clark University.
