The University of Saint Joseph’s 364 seat Hoffman Auditorium in the Bruyette Athenaeum can host your performance, lecture, social gathering, award ceremony, conferences, and more. We offer excellent venue accommodations and state-of-the-art technical resources, a pleasant campus setting, and free and accessible parking, all within close proximity to West Hartford Center and Blue Back Square. Our reception room, Coleman Lobby, AV Classroom and numerous multipurpose rooms around campus can complement any event. We welcome your inquiries about hosting your event at the Bruyette Athenaeum. The Hoffman Auditorium and Bruyette Athenaeum have established annual programs, including the Connecticut 5X5 Contemporary Dance Festival, Noche Latina, the Spanish Language Film Festival, and Capital Classics’ Greater Hartford Shakespeare Festival.

Also in the Bruyette Athenaeum is USJ’s Art Museum, which features outstanding exhibitions throughout the year. Admission to the Art Museum is free of charge, and it is open prior to most performances.
