Dr. James Perry is an internationally recognized leader in public administration. He is a Distinguished Professor Emeritus and Chancellor’s Professor of Public and Environmental Affairs Emeritus at the Paul H. O’Neill School of Public and Environmental Affairs, Indiana University, Bloomington.
