Exploring Diversity in Pharmacy

Free Program for High School and College Students

The School of Pharmacy at the University of Saint Joseph is hosting a free program for high school and college students interested in careers in pharmacy. “Exploring Diversity in Pharmacy” will take place on Saturday, April 28, 2018 from 12-4 p.m. at the University’s School of Pharmacy, located at 229 Trumbull Street in Hartford.

The day’s events include:

  • Careers in Pharmacy Panel Discussion led by professional pharmacists and faculty members 
  • Students will conduct a compounding experiment in the Pharmacy lab (making lip balm)
  • A Pharmacy-related trivia game
  • Free lunch at 12 p.m.; snacks will be provided in the afternoon
