The Study Abroad Application Process

The study-abroad application process has two components:

  • Applying for acceptance into a specific study-abroad program through API Abroad
  • Applying to USJ for permission to study abroad

Getting Started

Step 1: Find the study abroad program that fits your academic, career, and personal needs. USJ partners with API Abroad for our study abroad programs. Use their site to search for approved programs.

Step 2: Complete the Study Abroad Approval Form and return it to the USJ Study Abroad Office. They can answer any questions and provide information on study abroad and how to apply. Contact them at [email protected].
