UNDERGRADUATE ADMISSIONS EVENTS

Fall Open House

Experience the University of Saint Joseph first-hand at our Fall Open House on Saturday, October 19, 2019. You will have the opportunity to engage with faculty and students, learn about the admissions process, and preview the vibrant student life on our campus in West Hartford, Connecticut.

Academic Visit Days

Academic Visit Days provide prospective students with an opportunity to explore USJ academics first-hand. Each Academic Visit includes a classroom shadow experience, lunch with a current student, and an admissions presentation and campus tour. VISIT THE UNIVERSITY OF SAINT JOSEPH

​The Office of Admissions is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. until 4:30 p.m., with extended hours on Wednesdays until 6 p.m. In addition, the Office of Admissions will be open for visitors on select Saturdays. Please review the information below to make an appointment for an admissions presentation and campus tour, or to attend one of our many event offerings.

Please note that schedules may vary during University holidays and breaks. Call or visit us online to check availability before visiting.

ADMISSIONS PRESENTATIONS AND CAMPUS TOURS

Join us for an admissions presentation followed by a student-led tour of our beautiful 90-acre campus. Admissions Presentations and Campus Tours are offered Monday–Friday, as well as select Saturdays, and will depart from the first floor of Mercy Hall. TRANSFER AND PART-TIME UNDERGRADUATE STUDENT ADMISSIONS EVENTS

Transfer and Part-time Undergraduate Student Information Sessions

Transfer and Part-time Undergraduate Student information sessions offer you the opportunity to learn more about the application process and interact with representatives from Admissions, Advising and Student Financial Services. USJ Faculty will be available to discuss academic programs and the opportunities that you can take advantage of as a transfer or part-time undergraduate student at USJ. Accelerated Second Degree in Nursing Information Sessions

Learn more about USJ's distinct 15-month Accelerated Second Bachelor's Degree in Nursing at one of our ASD information sessions. These information sessions, led by USJ's Nursing faculty, will help students who hold a bachelor's degree in a non-nursing field apply to become a Registered Nurse. GRADUATE NURSING INFORMATION SESSIONS

Learn more about USJ's graduate and doctoral nursing programs. USJ nursing faculty will provide you with information about our Master's Degrees in Family Nurse Practitioner, Nurse Educator, and Psychiatric/Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, as well as our Doctor of Nursing Practice. PARKING & DIRECTIONS

The Office of Admissions is located on the first floor of Mercy Hall. Visitor parking is located behind Mercy Hall in front of McDonough Hall, and in the Chapel parking lot. Please visit our website for a detailed campus map and driving directions.
