The Early Bird Admit Program (EBAP) is the quickest way for seniors to find out where they stand — and secure a place at the University of Saint Joseph before anyone else.
Receive your same-day, non-binding admissions decision and take advantage of exclusive financial benefits available only to Early Bird Admit participants.

At least 24 hours before your visit, complete your Application for Admission and submit your junior-year transcript. During your visit, you’ll complete an admissions interview.

Students who participate in the Early Bird Admit Program qualify for these awards during their first year at USJ:
- $2,000 Visit Grant, renewable annually
- $1,000 Early Admit Grant
- $500 EBAP Grant
- $500 Deposit Match — USJ will match your $500 non-refundable enrollment deposit
- One Free Summer Course for deposited students before the fall semester starts
Application Process
3 Easy Steps
1. Schedule a Campus Visit
Visit USJ’s beautiful campus and experience what it means to be part of our supportive, close-knit community. Schedule a visit here, before Dec. 15, 2026.
2. Apply & Interview
At least 24 hours before your visit, complete your Early Bird Admit Application and submit your junior-year transcript. During your visit, you’ll complete an admissions interview.
3. Get Your Same-Day Decision
Receive your non-binding admissions decision the same day as your visit and interview — giving you clarity and confidence heading into senior year.
PLUS… No required SAT/ACT scores and no application fee.
Who is encouraged to apply?
The Early Bird Admit Program is open to all rising seniors, especially those who:
- Have completed junior year with a minimum GPA of 3.0
- Show dedication to academics and involvement in school or community activities
