Personal Admissions Tours
The Office of Admissions welcomes visitors back to our campus in West Hartford, Connecticut for personalized campus tours! Following the guidance from local, state, and national health organizations, we have designed a “touchless” tour route that will maintain your health and safety at all times, while giving you the opportunity to experience our campus first-hand. Conversation with a Counselor…from a Distance
Meet with an Admissions Counselor one-on-one through your computer’s webcam and get all of your questions answered from application requirements, to the status of your application, next steps once you’ve been admitted, transfer credit evaluations, and anything else USJ related! Virtual Admissions and Financial Aid Presentations
Join us for an Admissions and Financial Aid Presentation on our virtual webinar platform led by our Admissions and Financial Aid Counselors. Visit the University of Saint Joseph
The Office of Admissions is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. until 4:30 p.m., with extended hours on Wednesdays until 6 p.m. In addition, the Office of Admissions will be open for visitors on select Saturdays. Please review the information below to make an appointment for an admissions presentation and campus tour, or our Admissions team travels to meet prospective students—meet us on the road.

Accelerated Second Degree in Nursing Information Sessions
Learn more about USJ’s distinct 15-month Accelerated Second Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing at one of our ASD information sessions. These information sessions, led by USJ’s Nursing faculty, will help students who hold a bachelor’s degree in a non-nursing field apply to become a Registered Nurse. Parking & Directions
The Office of Admissions is located on the first floor of Mercy Hall. Visitor parking is located behind Mercy Hall in front of McDonough Hall, and in the Chapel parking lot. Please visit our Maps & Directions page for a detailed campus map and driving directions.
Inclement Weather Policy
In the event of inclement weather, please check our website to determine if the University is closed or experiencing a delay in the normal schedule.
