Take the Next Steps

How to Deposit

  • Step 1: Log-in to your Student Status Page at using your application credentials.
  • Step 2: Reply to your “Offer of Admission” which is a form located at the bottom of your Status Page
  • Step 3: Click on the form to open it and select “Yes, I ACCEPT…” and then verify your housing status and click “Submit”
  • Step 4: Once the Reply to Offer of Admission form is submitted, the option to pay online will populate on your Student Status Page on the right-hand side. Click on “Submit Payment” and enter your credit card or bank information. Please note that paying by ACH (bank-to-bank) can take up to seven business days to process.

Important Dates

  • Deposit Deadline: May 1
  • Orientation: June 25 and June 28 for traditional first-year and transfer students and May 18 and June 16 for part-time and non-traditional students.
  • Move-In Day: August 27
  • Blue Jay Welcome Weekend: August 27 through August 29
  • First Day of Classes: August 30

Important Information


Complete and submit your enrollment form and deposit today! There is a $500 non-refundable deposit for resident students and a $300 non-refundable deposit for commuter students payable by mailing a check or using a credit card on your Student Status Page (see instructions above).

Parents may contact the Office of Admissions and we would be happy to send you the payment link to pay your student’s deposit or process the payment for you.

Financial Aid

Student Financial Services offers personalized planning sessions that cover topics such as:

  • Understanding your financial aid package
  • How much it will cost to attend USJ
  • Resources available to help you cover your cost
  • Special circumstances specific to your situation

Residential Life / Meal Plans

Resident and commuter students can enjoy the convenience of dining on campus with a meal plan. Meal swipes provide you with access to our all-you-care-to-eat style dining located in the all-new McGovern Dining Commons. Dining Dollars can be used in Jay’s Nest and at McDonough Cafe.
