As new graduates, you are joining an alumni network of more than 19,000. All graduates belong to the Alumni Association, whether they were students in The Women’s College, The Program for Adult Learners, The Graduate Studies Program, or the School of Pharmacy. How do I become a member of the alumni association?

All graduates of Saint Joseph College and the University of Saint Joseph are members of the alumni association. We do not collect annual dues. All alumni can take advantage of our alumni benefits.

I’ve moved. How do I let the University know my new address?

To update your information, please fill out this form, call the alumni office at 860.231.5364, or email [email protected].

What do you use my contact information for?

Contact information is used to inform alumni of upcoming events, announcements, solicitations. We do not sell contact information to third parties. All contact information is saved in our database.

Contact information is shared within the Institutional Advancement Office, USJ student workers, and alumni volunteers. There have been certain circumstances that contact information is shared with other USJ offices, such as Career Development, Student Affairs, and Academic Programs.

How do I obtain contact information for a fellow alum?

Please contact the Office of Alumni Relations at [email protected] or 860.231.5364 with the name of the alumna/us you wish to reach out to. A member of the alumni team will reach out to the alumna/us first and ask his/her permission and follow up with you.

I know of an alumna/us that has passed away, who do I tell?

If you hear of an alumna/us or family member of an alumna has passed, please contact Rachel Scully at [email protected] or 860.231.5447. Rachel will be able to add the person to our annual Chapel Bells lists.

I need proof of graduation (transcript and/or diploma). What do I do?

If you need proof of graduation, please visit and scroll down to forms. There are multiple forms available for more undergraduate and graduate alumni/students. That list includes “Request a Transcript” and “Diploma Replacement Request” forms. If you have any questions, please contact the Registrar’s Office at [email protected] or 860.231.8396.

Where is the alumni relations team located?

Alumni Relations Team is located on the 2nd Floor of Mercy Hall in the Institutional Advancement wing.

How do I stay connected/hear about alumni events?

There are a few ways to stay connected, sign up for our alumni newsletter which goes out the first Wednesday of each month.
