Penny Spencer is Associate Professor, Director of Off-Campus Programs, and Accreditation Coordinator. She completed her Ph.D. in Special Education at the University of Connecticut. She is a former Dean of the School of Education at Pace University and Associate Dean at Bank Street College of Education. Her work focuses on teacher professional development and advocacy for students with special needs, with an emphasis on those with socio-emotional and behavioral disorders.
