Cindy M. Rossi, MHS, PA-C, DFAAPA joins USJ as a Professor of Physician Assistant Studies. She earned her MHS from Quinnipiac University, her PA Certificate from the Yale University School of Medicine and her B.S. from the University of Connecticut. Professor Rossi has more than 26 years of experience working in PA education. In her previous role, she served as the Director of Clinical Education and taught PA students dermatology, psychosocial issues, medical writing, journal club, PA certification, professionalism, clinical decision making, medical microbiology lab, interviewing, and physical diagnosis lab. She has clinical experience in allergy, family medicine, and emergency medicine. She is a fellow member of the American Academy of Physician Associates and the Connecticut Academy of Physician Associates, and received the Inaugural Physician Assistant Education Association Clinical Education Award.
