Dr. Laskey joined the University of Saint Joseph as an Assistant Professor in 2013. He was promoted to Associate Professor with Tenure in 2019. Dr. Laskey received his Pharm.D. from the University of Connecticut and completed a pharmacy practice residency at Grady Memorial Hospital in Atlanta, GA. He went on to complete a clinical toxicology fellowship with the Georgia Poison Center. In 2014, Dr. Laskey achieved the status of Diplomate of the American Board of Applied Toxicology (DABAT). Dr. Laskey founded the USJ School of Pharmacy Medicine Garden, located in West Hartford’s Elizabeth Park, which features a variety of evidence-based medicinal plants from cultures around the world. In addition to his role at USJ’s School of Pharmacy, Dr. Laskey currently maintains an active practice in the Hartford Hospital Emergency Department where he precepts students and pharmacy residents.
