Eileen Gonzalez is Assistant Professor, Director of the Elementary Education undergraduate (certification w/ major in subject area) and graduate (M.A.T.) and co-leads the TESOL program (M.A.). She completed her Ph.D. in Curriculum and Instruction at the University of Connecticut. Her work focuses on the schooling experiences of emergent bilinguals and the creation of school environments that support cultural and linguistic diversity.
