Stephanie Zahn, Pharm.D., BCACP, joined the University of Saint Joseph School of Pharmacy and Physician Assistant Studies after completing a PGY1 pharmacy residency at St. Vincent Indianapolis Hospital and a PGY2 ambulatory care residency at St. Vincent Joshua Max Simon Primary Care Center in Indianapolis, Indiana. She obtained her teaching certificate from Butler and Purdue Universities in Indiana and currently holds board certification in ambulatory care. Upon completion of her training, Zahn established ambulatory care clinical services at a Federally Qualified Health Center, First Choice Health Centers, where she works with primary care providers and conducts individual chronic disease management consult visits with patients. Her areas of interest include medication safety, geriatrics, and serving vulnerable populations. She is additionally a member of the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists, American Association of Colleges of Pharmacy, and the Connecticut Society of Health-System Pharmacists.
