I give to USJ through payroll deduction because it’s an easy way to provide consistent support for our students. Additionally, I know that the percentage of employees who give is one of the metrics that outside funders use when choosing whether to support USJ themselves, so that’s another benefit – my participation will help ensure that USJ is able to pursue grants and gifts from others, which can lead to even more funding for our students. In short, it’s easy, helps our students, and encourages others to help our students!
