USJ alumni continue to rack up Teacher of the Year awards across Connecticut. Recently, Donna Gregoire Tomasko ’84 shared her news and teaching experience.
“I was very excited to receive this award and was very surprised and humbled that I was nominated,” she said.
Donna added, “I believe that everyone should receive recognition after this year’s challenges because everyone, including myself and my work colleagues, put forth a lot of time to learn new technology given the short notice, to provide distant learning to our students. We successfully accomplished this feat by working collaboratively. I’m very proud of my colleagues.”
