Application Process
Complete the Housing Application on eRezLife.
- Completion of this application is binding and applicant agrees to all terms in the housing contract
The contract will run from August 15 – May 15 and the property will remain open during University break periods.
*The contract is binding at the time of assignment and all fees associated with occupancy for the full contract terms are non-refundable. If a student is able to identify another student willing to take over their space, the student may be charged $1,000 cancellation fee only.

Cost
The units designated for USJ students come fully furnished and with a special monthly rate that includes all utilities (electric, heat, water, wifi, parking). Students leasing through USJ will have their rent/housing fees directly assessed to their University bill which offers the option to utilize loans or financial aid to cover housing costs.

Village residents have a full kitchen and are therefore not required to have a meal plan (but have the option to do so if they wish),
Townhouses Overview
- Property is being fully leased by USJ: all occupants in the townhouses will be USJ students
- Gated courtyard with seating and firepit
- Parking on site and on campus included in housing rate
- Community House includes kitchen, lounge and laundry facilities for all residents
- Townhouses include full kitchens, 1 or 2 bathrooms and can accommodate 4 students in single occupancy bedrooms
