The R.A. application for the 2026-2027 academic year is now closed.
Being an RA is a great way to develop your skills and become a student leader on our campus. You have opportunities to be a part of a diverse team, use your creativity to promote and execute student programs, and create strong connections with classmates. Resident Assistants will receive support from the ResLife team to develop their critical thinking and administrative skills, mediate conflicts, and so much more. For more information about this role, please see the attached position description.
Any undergraduate student may apply, regardless if they have previously lived on campus but please note these important position requirements:
- Achievement of a minimum sophomore standing undergraduate student (24 credit hours) and completion of one academic semester at the University of Saint Joseph prior to date of hire.
- Good judicial and academic standing with the University
- Maintain a cumulative and semester GPA of 2.5 at time of hire and throughout employment.
