The Beekley Center for Student Health and Wellness
USJ Student Health Services at The Beekley Center for Student Health and Wellness offers confidential medical services and health education to enrolled undergraduate and graduate students.
Incoming students must complete online health forms through myHealth, the student health portal. Visit usj.studenthealthportal.com and log in with your USJ credentials. To complete your assigned forms, select the My Forms tab. Please allow up to 48 hours after receiving your USJ credentials to be granted access to the portal.
All matriculated USJ students are required to provide proof of adequate protection against measles, mumps, rubella, and varicella.
Students planning to live on campus are required to provide documentation of a Meningococcal ACWY (“meningitis A”) vaccination within the 5 years prior to their arrival on campus.
Health professions students have additional health documentation requirements to fulfill prior to beginning any clinical practicums.
Student athletes must provide additional documentation as required by the Department of Athletics prior to participation.
Health insurance is required for student athletes and students in the following programs: nursing, pharmacy, physician assistant, and dietetic internship.
Health insurance is recommended for all other students.
