Paul Brower Named Vice President for Enrollment Management at USJ

After an extensive national search, the University of Saint Joseph has appointed Paul Brower as its new vice president for Enrollment Management.

Brower comes to USJ with two decades of progressive leadership in admissions and enrollment. Most recently, he served as vice president for Enrollment Management at Rivier University in Nashua, New Hampshire, where he guided overall enrollment growth and led initiatives that drove undergraduate numbers to record levels for the institution.

At USJ, Brower will serve as a key strategic partner in advancing the University’s mission and goals. His portfolio includes providing leadership and strategic oversight for Undergraduate and Graduate Admissions, Student Financial Services, and the Office of Marketing and Communications.

Paul brings varied experience in higher education to USJ. His fresh ideas, energy and competitive edge will position USJ successfully in today’s market.

Before his tenure at Rivier, Brower spent 15 years at Nichols College in Dudley, Massachusetts, where he rose from admissions counselor to dean of Admissions. While at Nichols, he also coached the Men’s and Women’s Tennis teams, leading them to 13 Commonwealth Coast Conference championships and earning CCC Coach of the Year six times.

Brower succeeds Kimberly Crone, who served as vice president of Enrollment Management for nearly 10 years before retiring in January.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in Communications and Mass Media from Worcester State College and a master’s degree in Professional Communications from Clark University.
